Meet the Founder
Katya Ellis brings a unique blend of expertise to her work with SMBs, combining:
- 20+ years of strategy consulting and hands-on business ownership, and extensive marketing/communications experience with start-ups, growing businesses, venture capitalists, universities, and government/industry (including grant assessment and business awards judging), along with experience running international and large-scale events.
Educational foundation:
- Double degree in Management and International Business, and Information Systems from Swinburne University
- Postgraduate specialisation in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School (Online) including Sustainable Business Strategy.
This diverse experience fuels her work as a business mentor, strategy advisor, board director and digital marketing educator for RMIT
University.
Katya's experience working with thousands of clients and students has given her a unique perspective on the challenges of adapting best-practice principles to individual circumstances. She understands the power of clarity to drive positive change and uses this insight to help businesses achieve meaningful results.
